I can’t speak highly enough of the skills and treatment provided by Dr. Jane Pavalkis. Equipped with both in-depth knowledge as well as a bedside manner that is motivating and inspiring, she makes rehab and treatment a productive and enjoyable experience. I recently had a procedure completed on my knee, to repair my meniscus and clean up some cartilage. My immediate PT was through the hospital - however it wasn’t until I switched to Dr. Pavalkis that I began to make real progress and strengthen my knee in an efficient manner. She has an attention to detail that allowed me to make adjustments as my therapy progressed, ensuring that the treatment was dialed into what my knee was feeling.
I would strongly recommend Dr. Pavalkis to anyone I know and will continue to utilize her services in the future.

In short, Dr. Jane gives me the ability to run a high volume of miles and helps me mange aches and pains which come with being an ultra runner.
I have been running for 24 years and as the volume of my training has increased over time typical "injuries" arise. To start with I have chronic plantar fasciitis caused by bone spurs in my feet which I have opted not to remove. Training for 50K and 50mi races has resulted in aggravation of the plantar facia in both feet. Regular treatments from Dr. Jane has helped manage the discomfort in my feet which comes from high volume mileage training.
I am also "crooked" due to mild scoliosis which results in lower back/glute/hamstring issues also stemming from the high training volume. Jane has worked to help me strengthen the muscles to improve the imbalance as well as relieve the discomfort from it as well.
On June 5, 2021 I was able to complete a grueling 50mi race with multiple uphill sections, and in 90+ degree heat, with no discomfort other than tired feet. This is in large part due to the work of Dr. Jane and I am so incredibly grateful for her care. This race was a major goal in my running career and w out her the outcome would not have been the same.
She will continue to be a vital part of my ongoing training routine as there are more races to run!
